Per celebrar el final de temporada de l&#8217;Extraradi, a l&#8217;espera de l&#8217;inici de l&#8217;Extraradi d&#8217;estiu, conduiït pel Franc Lluís, hem après a fer la típica Sangria i el Ponche Copacabana.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>El cocteler Fabio Saenz ens ensenya a preparar un dels còctels més clàssics, un Gimlet, creat per l&#8217;oficial cirurgià Thomas D. Gimlette de l&#8217;Armada Britànica per combatre l&#8217;escorbut a alta mar produït per la manca de vitamina C. Calen dues unces de ginebra, una unça de cordial de llima i una guinda verda. Aquests ingredients s&#8217;han de servir amb gel abundant en el vas mesclador i removem tot plegat durant 15 segons. Se serveix en una copa cocktail i es decora amb una guinda verda.</p>

La van idear a Brasil durant els 80, agermanant així dos països físicament tan allunyats com Brasil i Rússia. Els ingredients per preparar una caipiroska són: 2 unces de vodka, tres culleradetes de sucre, un rajolí de suc de llimona, una llima i gel pilé.</p>
